Gino Angelini is an artisinal pasta sauce brand based in California. The branding, packaging, and website were created to promote their brand to potential sellers and customers.
First, we started with a redesign of the logo and packaging. The challenge was we had to update the logo, while maintaining the overall aesthetic so the brand was still recognizable. All four sauces (3 reds, one white) also had to be consistent it's own unqiue personliaty. We resolved this with unique illustrations, copy, & etchings per sauce on consistent yellow textures that contrasted the sauce's colors through the glass.
Next we started on the website. To build the site's navigation, we worked with the brand to defind user goals and business goals. With an established eccomerce user-story, we then built wireframes to ensure the user was effortlessly lead to their goals. From the wirefreames, I developed UI kit that was rich with italian textures, colors, and fonts that were inspired by the brands heritate.
